By simply categorizing each moment into these 2 columns, you start to see things differently.
Perception & comprehension will always be key. Anyone can tell you that they get it but will they explain it exactly how you do? Or will they explain it from their level of perception?
You have to realise that everyone will comprehend the same thing differently. You just need to explain/behave in a way that explicitly shows your intention & purpose.
An entry must always have an exit. You can't enter through the same door you walked in because that moment has passed... try something different. Disney has taught you with Monsters Inc that each door is a whole new possibility and you have to explore each possibility to its fullest extent.

Get into the loop of doing something again & again everyday! Whatever it may be, acknowledge how every step you make will be meaningful. You're doing it for something so as long as you fulfil that "something" eventually, what's the harm?
You've fulfilled the mission you set out to do.
If you're easily bored, just create side missions & explore other possibilities. You only know something is meaningful when it gets a reaction out of you.
It doesn't have to be a bad reaction. It can just make you think or feel a certain way. It's like reading or hearing something that creates a giant thread of other thoughts.
It's crazy honestly... just finding meaning in every step of what you're creating is what's lasting. We control ourselves, no one else.
